It’s a snap to get DirecTV if you want to come back: Moving your satellite tv system
Former DirecTV subscribers who tried another satellite provider or cable are welcomed back as customers, and re-starting your service is easy.
If you still have your dish, receiver, access card and remote, all you have to do to reactivate your service is to call DirecTV. If you don’t have your equipment, visit your favorite online retailer to purchase new DirecTV receivers or dishes. You may not be eligible for new customer promotions, however, if you have to buy new equipment.
Going on vacation or an extended business trip? You may be able to suspend your satellite service free of charge. You may not be eligible if you agreed to maintain a certain level of programming in exchange for a special offer.
Don’t worry about moving when you are a DirecTV subscriber. With DirecTV Mover’s Connection, you can easily transfer your service. Simply contact DirecTV when you are ready to move to tell them your new address. Be sure to take all your equipment to your new home, except your satellite dish.
